NOX visits the German president
NOX takes part in the Citizens' Festival 2024 and sets an example for voluntary commitment in the start-up scene.

On September 13, 2024, the annual Citizen's Festival of the Federal President took place in the park of Schloss Bellevue – a significant event that honors volunteer engagement in Germany and promotes voluntary civil society involvement. This year's partner country was Africa, which brought a special cultural diversity to the event. In his opening speech, the Federal President emphasized the importance of volunteerism, after which visitors were invited to take a tour of the palace.
In addition to culinary highlights, including a food festival with specialties from Africa and dishes from the Bundeswehr, guests had the opportunity to discover regional stands of the federal states as well as companies like YouTube. Various readings, lectures, performances, and concerts were offered in different areas, including performances by artists like Zoe Wees and Judith Rakers. NOX was also represented at the Citizen's Festival, as co-founder Johannes Mai is actively involved in the startup scene in the state of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. The event thus provided a perfect opportunity to underscore NOX's commitment to the local economy and society.
